Total Pubs: Total publications that could be matched in the itrans database.
Pubs Per Year: Publications per year, starting from the year of the earliest publication.
Avg. Human: The average ‘Human’ score of the selected papers. The ‘Human’ score represents the fraction of MeSH terms for each paper that are categorized as ‘Human.’
Avg. Animal: The average ‘Animal’ score of the selected papers. The ‘Animal’ score represents the fraction of MeSH terms for each paper that are categorized as ‘Animal.’
Avg. Mol/Cell: The average ‘Molecular/Cellular’ score of the selected papers. The ‘Molecular/Cellular’’ score represents the fraction of MeSH terms for each paper that are categorized as ‘Molecular/Cellular’.’
Median RCR: Relative Citation Ratio represents a citation-based measure of scientific influence of one or more articles. It is calculated as the cites/year of each paper, normalized to the citation per year received by NIH-funded papers in the same field and year. A paper with an RCR of 1.0 has received the same number cites/year as the average NIH-funded paper in its field, while a paper with an RCR of 2.0 has received twice as many cites/year as the average NIH-funded paper in its field. Avg. APT: The average APT (Approximate Potential to Translate) of the selected papers. Approximate Potential to Translate is a machine learning-based estimate of the likelihood that a paper will be cited in later clinical articles.
Cited by Clin.: Number of selected papers that have already been cited by a clinical document.
